Lee Carsley has named his first squad after being appointed as the England Interim manager - and ex-Manchester United youngster Angel Gomes has made the cut
Former Manchester United midfielder Angel Gomes has received his first England call-up. The 23-year-old, who left United in June 2020, has spent the last four years at Lille.
Despite this, Gomes has been selected to feature for England ahead of two UEFA Nations League matches against Republic of Ireland and Finland.
