Director Bob Swan paid $1.3 million on Monday for 13,072 Nike shares, an average price of $96.13 each. According to a form he filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Swan now owns 18,005 Nike shares, and another 1,580 shares through a family trust. He purchased the stock through an automated trading plan adopted on July 3.
