Former Newcastle United manager Steve Bruce revealed to the Breakfast show that he is open to get back into football management, following a spell without a club since he parted company with the Magpies.

"His organised approach coupled with his desire to build a hardworking and entertaining side is a large part of what attracted us to him. A short spell with Sheffield Wednesday ended when he took the job with Newcastle in the summer of 2019. The 63-year-old was heavily tipped for the role of Jamaica national team manager, however, that was given to former England, Newcastle and Middlesbrough boss Steve McClaren. He told the talkSPORT Breakfast: "For a long, long time, I thought this is just what I needed. I never really had a break."And I am looking to try and do something, whether that is back in management or go back to work in some sort of capacity, I am not quite too sure.
