Chris Nikolas doesn't mince words:"I do believe I had the best Greek food in Houston. Period.", an unassuming Greek restaurant just off the Katy Freeway between Memorial City and the Energy Corridor. The restaurant opened in November 2017, only a few months after Hurricane Harvey flooded the city.
Nikolas, 53, has been in the food industry for almost 40 years, both in the U.S. and Greece. At 17, he worked the kitchens at his family's restaurant in Chicago: Grandma Sally's Waffle and Pancake House.
