Roe Lee, Brownhill and Sunnybower recorded the highest figures per 100,000 people
Coronavirus figures across Lancashire for the last week have shown a steady decline in the rates per 100,000 people.
Figures published for the week ending January 21, show the Blackburn ward of . The area had a rate of 191.1.This was closely followed by Clitheroe North with 171.2 per 100,000 people. No areas have crossed the 200 mark this week and large numbers of neighbourhoods have unreported figures due to having cases fewer than three.
It comes as it was announced this week some people would be eligible for an autumn booster of the Covid vaccine. By February 12, the UK's Covid-19 vaccination programme will draw to a close with eligible individuals given just two-and-a-half weeks to take up the offer before they are no longer eligible.
