Speaking on the popular trio's Rest is Football podcast, Shearer picked James Maddison as a pundit in the making, while former Manchester City defender Richards opted for Conor Coady after working with the Leicester City man for Sky Sports previously. Shearer also suggested City graduate Kasper Schmeichel as an option.
