Erling Haaland was involved in a bizarre incident during Manchester City's 2-2 draw with Arsenal as he threw the ball at Gabriel's head after John Stones' equaliser
Gary Neville has expressed his belief that Erling Haaland should have been shown a red card for throwing the ball at Gabriel's head following John Stones' last-minute equaliser on Sunday.
It wasn't until the 98th minute that City managed to secure an equaliser, with substitute Stones scoring to rescue a point at the Etihad. Following the goal, Haaland was seen bouncing the ball off Gabriel's head before running off to celebrate with his team-mates - an act which Neville believes could have warranted a sending off.
Neville expressed his agreement with the ex-ref, as he said: "I actually agree with you Christina. Obviously we were commentating and weren't doing our jobs very well because we didn't see it at the time!
