Liverpool have declared the explanation for the incorrect decision to disallow Luis Diaz's goal at Tottenham as 'unacceptable'

The ECHO understands PGMOL chief Howard Webb reached out to Liverpool to offer an apology for the disallowed goal after the final whistle, with a review now taking place over the incident. Liverpool's issue, however, is not around the decision but rather how the laws were not applied.
