Pierre Gasly wants to continue talks with the FIA over the"silly situation" surrounding his Formula 1 penalty points tally as he finds the possibility of a race ban"embarrassing."driver has been reprimanded with penalty points six times this season, taking his total to 10 - two shy of a race ban.
The points remain on the driver’s licence for a period of 12 months, after which they will be respectively removed on the one-year anniversary of each offence.
