Investigators in Georgia working on the death of a woman believe that it was not random as more questions about her death continue to persist.
The Habersham County Sheriff's Office has narrowed down the window of death for Debbie Collier, a woman who was found dead on Sept. 11, from Sept. 10 at 3:19 p.m. to Sept. 11 at 12:44 p.m. Prior to her disappearance, she shopped at a Family Dollar, where she purchased a rain poncho, refillable torch lighter, a two-roll pack of paper towels, a tarp, and a reusable tote bag, according to a press release the office shared with the Washington Examiner.
Col. Murray Kogod claimed the investigation"is going to take significantly more time than the 19 days that have passed" since Collier was found dead.
