The 54 year old A-lister, who is originally from Paisley, is a regular in the city and is often swarmed by awestruck fans on the streets of the capital during the annual festival
Hollywood A-lister Gerard Butler has once again graced Edinburgh with his presence, surprising staff at a bustling city centre bar and restaurant amidst the Festival Fringe frenzy.
He was snapped with the team at the city's Paolozzi, who expressed their gratitude on social media for the actor's visit. On Instagram, they shared: "Ooft... the festival has been pretty crazy so far... Oh HI GERARD BUTLER, thanks for stopping by." Butler's appearance comes after a visit to the festival's silent discos at Bristo Square, where he was captured in a photo with an elated tourist, reports Edinburgh Live.
