Gerson Fuentes, 27, entered not guilty pleas on Monday during an arraignment in Franklin County Common Pleas Court. Fuentes has been charged with rape in connection with the sexual assault and impregnation of a 10-year-old girl who sought an abortion in Indiana in June.
