Director Steven Caple Jr. teases there will be new G.I. Joe characters onscreen in the follow-up movie to Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. During Transformers: Rise of the Beasts' ending, Noah is contacted by the mysterious Agent Burke , who reveals he is a G.I. Joe recruiter. The film sets up a sequel to Transformers: Rise of the Beasts featuring characters from G.I. Joe.
