Police are continuing investigations into the alleged incident.
Police were called to the Carmelite Convent on Carmelite Crescent in Dumbarton after receiving reports of anti-social behaviour on Tuesday, February 14.
Officers investigating the incident confirmed a 13-year-old girl has now been charged in connection, with a report due to be sent to the relevant authorities. Inquiries remain ongoing to identify the others involved. Chief Inspector Ryan McMurdo said: “We are aware of these recent incidents involving young people in Dumbarton in recent months and we are acutely aware of the disruptive effect this can have on the local community. It is worth stressing that the vast majority of young people do not come to the attention of police. However, we know that a small minority do sometimes become involved in anti-social behaviour.
"We are committed to encouraging young people away from this kind of behaviour but will take appropriate action where incidents are reported and offenders identified. As a matter of course, we take appropriate action along with partners and our communities with a view to improving the quality of life for everyone living in our area.
