THE Kingston Bridge is set to close overnight to allow essential inspection works to take place.
, are undertaking the works on the M8 motorway between Junctions 19 and 20 from Monday, October 30 until Thursday, November 2.A diversion will be in place West Street, Kingston Street, Commerce Street, King George V Bridge, Broomielaw, North Street and the M8 Junction 18 eastbound on slip.
On November 1 and 2, the M8 westbound lanes one, two and three, the West Street off ramp, the Clydeside Expressway eastbound off slip to M8 Junction 19 westbound on slip, the Waterloo Street on ramp to the M8 Westbound, and the Newton Street on ramp to M8 westbound will all be closed.Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works.
