Veterinary hospital McDonald Vets, in Scotstoun in the west of Glasgow, has resumed a full service after closing for several months following the blaze in August 2022.
A Glasgow veterinary hospital that was forced to shut down for several months following a blaze has reopened its doors.
The building suffered fire damage in August last year and remained shut for seven months while the repair works took place. No people or animals were injured in the blaze. Natalie Davis, Clinical Director at Pets'n'Vets, said: " While McDonald Vets Scotstoun was being refurbished, the team temporarily relocated to provide veterinary care at our other practices. They were all desperate to return and welcome back old clients and new. It's great we have been able to reopen and continue providing a high standard of care to patients and clients in the area. The team are all so happy to be back.
