One of the most successful Glaslyn Valley breeding female ospreys has not yet returned for the breeding season - and is now unlikely to. The osprey, known as Mrs G, is believed to be around 23-years-old and should 've been returning for her 20th year. However, she is now three weeks late, having not returned to her nest at the site nearShe built her nest with her partner and the pair have returned every year. They have seen 44 chicks successfully migrate from the nest under her care. Her partner Aran returned earlier this month, but has spent much of his time alone in their nest.
