Good Morning Britain has been hit with over 8,200 Ofcom complaints following a heated interview between Ed Balls and Labour MP Zarah Sultana on Monday's show.
Good Morning Britain has been inundated with over 8,200 Ofcom complaints after a fiery exchange on the show.
During the segment, co-host Kate Garraway intervened, reminding Ms Sultana: "We have to ask you questions as well," to which Ed chimed in: "And if you want to, you can answer them, it's your call." When there was uncertainty over whether Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer or Home Secretary Yvette Cooper - who is Ed's wife - had used the term "Islamophobia", Zarah confirmed they had not, reports the Mirror.
