Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has publicly expressed his happiness for his daughter Holly Ramsay's engagement to Olympian Adam Peaty. He shared heartwarming Instagram posts congratulating the couple and welcoming Adam to the family.
Doting dad Gordon Ramsay has broken his silence after his daughter Holly revealed that she’d got engaged to her partner Adam Peaty . Hours after announcing the news, Holly’s father Gordon shared his thoughts on the matter - and even issued a joke to his two other daughters, Tilly and Megan.
“Congratulations to this gorgeous girl @hollyramsayy…. So happy for you and @adam_peaty! Hols, watching you become the woman you are today with your kindness and your love is absolutely infectious… Adam is a very lucky man !Welcome to the family,” he wrote. “One down, two to go”. Gordon’s followers also flocked to the comments section to celebrate the happy news. “I absolutely love how supportive he is as a father. Long live Gordon Ramsay,” wrote one. “Congratulations wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness!,” another added.The post comes after Holly shared on Instagram on Thursday, 12 September that she and Adam had got engaged, while 29 year old Adam revealed that he’d spent 10 months working on the design of the ring.
Adam and Holly first met in 2021, but didn't start dating until two years later in 2023. Holly was recently seen supporting her beau at the 2024 Olympics in Paris where she paid tribute to Adam after he secured a silver medal.
