Those are the individuals that were around 20, 30, 40, 50 years ago. And we want them to absolutely be able to benefit from all the great things that are coming to this part of East Dallas,” said Moreno.With support from the City of Dallas, Kiva East secured critical financing to execute the development, including $2.
