Presenting more than 90 artists on five stages, Riot Fest arrives in Douglass Park Sept. 15-17 for its annual celebration of rock, punk, goth, hip-hop and offshoot styles.
Since expanding to a three-day outdoor event in 2012, the independently owned festival has drawn heat from neighborhood residents for damaging parks and making green spaces off-limits for weeks.
