WILLIAMSPORT – Guilty pleas have resolved two shooting cases in Williamsport in which a 14-year-old boy was wounded and a pizza delivery man’s vehicle was struck.
The plea agreement calls for a combined sentence of four to 15 years in state prison. He is to be sentenced Sept. 22.
