NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana is among many San Francisco residents who are suing the city and claiming poor sewage infrastructure — not a storm — caused home damage.

Joe Montana attends the Fanatics Super Bowl Party at the College Football Hall of Fame on February 2, 2019, in Atlanta. Montana is obvious royalty in San Francisco, having put together a Hall of Fame career that included four Super Bowls with the 49ers.
