CLEARING THE ROAD — A freezing rain and ice storm that swept through Michigan left about 700,000 homes and businesses without power, closed schools and offices and downed trees and limbs.On Wednesday night, an Ann Arbor police officer was attempting to clear a road from a fallen tree when he got help from a surprising source: Michigan head football coach JIm Harbaugh.released by the Ann Arbor Police Department.
On 2/22/23 at approximately 8pm in the middle of the ice storm Ofc Howard Cooper was at Devonshire and Londonderry to remove a large tree that was blocking the road when a van pulled up. The driver then parked and got out of the vehicle.
