Marques said he realized he must have gone through the buying process too quickly and he should have noticed the price difference, but he still believed there had to be an error with the tool.
After spending hours on the phone with different representatives to get an explanation, he asked Bamboozled for help.Further analysis shows that indeed, the “Miles + Money” tool shows one price while the shopping cart shows another.
After you select the miles you want to use, you need to slide down further to your credit card information. Next, you would scroll even further down to click the “Buy now” button, never again seeing the actual shopping cart unless you scroll all the way to the top of the screen again.So what gives?
