Heartstopper season 2 on Netflix: Release date, episodes, new characters and everything else we know
The moment Heartstopper fans have been waiting for is almost here. Season two of the LGBTQ+ teen drama drops on Netflix this week, with more chaos from Truham Boys and Higgs Girls schools on the way.
Series one ended during the summer holidays, as Nick and Charlie agree to become boyfriends. Nick, who faced pressure from friends to date girls throughout the school term, told his mother that he was bisexual in emotional scenes. This season is based on volume 3 of the comics Dedicated Heartstopper fans will have already read all four volumes of the graphic novel series. The most recent release, volume four, came out last year.
Charlie and Nick have kept their relationship under wraps so far, but the mysterious mark raises some suspicion. Over at Higgs, Elle will also make some new friends, including Bel Priestley, who is currently starring in Disney+ series A Small Light, as Naomi and Ash Self as Felix.
