Helen Skelton has shared the one thing 'we should never say' when it comes to motherhood as she shut down a question about being a doting mum to her three children while also managing a busy TV career.
The former couple confirmed that they were "no longer a couple" in Apirl 2022, four months after welcoming their third child together. Helen, who tied the knot with Richie in 2013, penned on her Instagram Story at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
In a new interview, Helen, whose confidence grew in front of the nation on Strictly Come Dancing in 2022 after she was partnered with Gorka Marquez, spoke about the advice she'd give her younger self and perhaps reflecting on her marriage, she said to OK! Magazine: "I’d encourage myself to enjoy things as nothing stays the same. Everything changes, so just embrace whatever stage you’re in. Whatever will happen, will happen.
