Countryfile star Helen Skelton and her partner Gorka Marquez became emotional during the Strictly Come Dancing final as they reflected on her journey through the competition
The Strictly Come Dancing finale has been an emotional experience for Countryfile star Helen Skelton.
"The end of the rehearsal has arrived," Gorka is seen telling his TV presenter teammate. "I am very proud of you because I think you've grown a lot and you're going to leave this show being a happier person." In the wake of the unexpected break-up from her husband, Helen’s confidence was said to have been “knocked”.
At the beginning of the show, Helen and Gorka performed the jive to Tightrope by Janelle Monae at the request of the judges, later dancing their couple’s choice routine was to Mein Herr by Liza Minnelli following their impressive show dance.
