Arrowhead Game Studios has released the next Helldivers 2 update and this time its focus are the Impalers and improving crash fixes.
Contents show Overview Fixes Crash Fixes General Weapon and Stratagem fixes: Enemy fixes: Miscellaneous fixes: Known Issues The latest Helldivers 2 update is here and is the first following the announcement of the 60-day roadmap to revert many of the changes made in the Escalation of Freedom update. While it is too early to tell whether this will be a success, it is great to see Arrowhead Game Studios putting its focus on the new updates, with this latest one being the 01.001.
Enemy fixes: Reduced the explosion radius of Tentacles Stabbing ability and Light Rockets. This should alleviate the excessive ragdolling caused by the Impaler and Automaton enemies using light rockets. We are still working on improving the ragdoll behavior overall. Fixed a bug where the Impaler’s tentacles could chase you indefinitely in some cases. Miscellaneous fixes: Fixed an issue that could cause soft-lock during drop-in after the host left.
