Residents across Glasgow have reported water supply issues as Scottish Water confirmed that it had started investigating the problem shortly after 6 am.
A number of postcodes across the city have been revealed as affected areas with G2 and G20 among those experiencing issues. Scottish Water told customers that it was attempting to identify the issue in a tweet, telling residents:"Technicians are en-route to identify an issue on our network that's causing disruption to water supply in the #G2, #G3, #G4, #G12, #G13, #G20, #G51 area of Glasgow and #G62 #Milngavie.
