Developers are asking the public for help in designing public park areas that will be located within the Collin Creek Mall redevelopment.
Residents are being invited to offer their input by completing an online survey about the project at through Aug. 5. The survey can be accessedby scanning the code at the end of a video presentation about the timeline and vision for the project.
The first part of planning is the community input survey. Following the survey, concepts for parks will be posted online and additional feedback will be gathered. Finally, there a final parks master plan will be prepared. The development is located near the intersection of U.S. 75 and the President George Bush Turnpike, just north of Plano Parkway at the site of the former Collin Creek Mall.a $1 billion mixture of townhouses, apartments, retailers and restaurants,.
