July is national Park and Recreation Month, and there's a myriad of activities and parks where you can partake in the fun.

The city of San Antonio is taking part in Park and Recreation Month with events at several parks, including Woodlawn., according to the nonprofit National Recreation and Park Association, and there are plenty of places to celebrate in the San Antonio area.
This year’s theme is “Where Community Grows,” highlighting how parks and recreational facilities play a role in improving residents’ health and quality of life. Click on the links to find out more about the programs.
