SAN ANTONIO - The City of San Antonio recently added photos to their dangerous dog registry as a way to help neighbors identify if the dogs were loose or not co

"Is there pictures of the owners.?" one user asked.We brought those questions right to Animal Care Services Director Shannon Sims.

A reminder: Dangerous dogs have a history of injuring people or there is a reasonable belief that they could injure someone, an affidavit has been filed on them, the city investigated, and a court deems them dangerous. The designation is not based on breed. Kenneth Phillips is a lawyer who specializes in dog cases. He says for cities, adding the names is a judgment call.
