Council members will discuss the report in private first.
After months in the making, and lots of controversy surrounding city leaders, that report is expected to be released Tuesday.
“I’m looking forward towards the report on tomorrow,” Small said. “This report has been out there for some time now and many council members are anticipating to see exactly what it’s going to say.” “Our lawyers have stated to us that the report contains sensitive court information that is currently in litigation and also potential litigations that is coming up,” Small explained. “And so just because it is court sensitive that’s the reason why we are going under executive session.”A resolution toseparate resolution“Many people especially when they’re upset, disgruntled employees, put out false allegations out there,” Small said.
