Psychologist Hillary Cauthen settles exposure lawsuit with Spurs, Josh Primo attorney says

In her lawsuit, filed two weeks ago in state district court in Bexar County, Cauthen contended that Primo, 19, exposed his genitals to her nine times during counseling sessions, and that despite her complaints to Spurs executives, the team took no action against the second-year player.The suit accused Primo and the Spurs of gross negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and it sought compensatory and punitive damages.
Bexar County court records show that Cauthen dropped her suit against the Spurs on Wednesday “with prejudice,” meaning she cannot refile it. The settlement does not affect a separate criminal investigation into Cauthen’s allegations by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. The office said investigators have interviewed Cauthen and taken a statement from her, and that “the complainant’s account is being investigated and evidence is being sought.”
