Karin Collins and her friends had to fork out thousands of pounds after arriving in Benidorm to find there was no booking under their name.
A group of gobsmacked Brits arrived on holiday to find no hotel rooms had been booked for their trip to Spain. The 18 friends jetted off to Benidorm to celebrate a 50th birthday.
