🔴 The Home Office has blamed a group of migrants for giving incorrect information after they were dropped off in central London with no accommodation or assistance
revealed they had been left alone at the train station for several hours before help and accommodation was arranged. One of them ended up sleeping rough for the night.
“The Home Office worked at pace to find accommodation for the individuals when we were notified that 11 of them did not in fact have a place to stay.” The bus carrying up to 40 migrants was driven from Manston on Tuesday before the group was left outside Victoria. Some were able to make their way to friends’ addresses but 11, who had nowhere to stay, were left for several hours before being taken in taxis to a hotel in Norwich after the Home Office and Migrant Help were contacted.
