Officers responded to Richmond Heights High School at 10:50 p.m. Oct. 14 on a report of a fight in the parking lot during the Homecoming dance.
They located 30 to 40 students being rowdy and determined that one girl had instigated the incident. That girl was released to her mother.
Officers and paramedics spoke to the man at the apartment. He was cooperative, but not acting normally, so he was taken to the hospital for an evaluation.
