Houston Police: Man found fatally shot on Sampson Street
COURTESY/Houston Police DepartmentAt about 8:15 p.m., police were called to the 5300 block of Sampson, according to a Houston Police Department tweet.
When they arrived, they found an adult man dead from an apparent gunshot wound, according to the police department. The incident was initially reported to police as a vehicle crash that caused injuries, according to the Houston Police Department. But when officers arrived, they found that a man had been shot, officials said.
No other information was immediately available. The incident was still being investigated on Thursday night.
