Windsor Fashions opened a new location in Houston Premium Outlets next to Nautica and American Eagle Outfitters, offering fashion for women. The store opened its first location in 1937, according to a Houston Premium Outlets announcement.Vineyard Vines, founded by brothers Shep and Ian Murray in 1998, is also opening a location in Houston Premium Outlets next to Lululemon and Bath and Body Works.
