“It’s really hard to get a true understanding of what happens in a case when you can’t see it,” Grant said. “When you can see the witnesses’ delivery, watch their body language, look at their eyes, pay attention to all of their movements, hear the way they answer. When you just read the way someone answers, you can’t understand the tone. So to me, this is like night and day.”
