Trae Tha Truth, born Frazier Othel Thompson III, is a Houston-born rapper and record executive who has been dedicating his time outside of music to serve the citizens of Houston.

Its pillars focus on aiding low-income individuals, child maltreatment, youth empowerment and providing disaster relief.The Relief Gang, a nonprofit within Angels by Nature, was front and center of relief efforts from Hurricane Harvey not only in Houston, but surrounding cities as well.In July 2021, he and his business partner Roderick Batson opened a Handy Homemade Ice Cream shop in Katy, Texas.

The organization is dedicated to her parents, Joseph Pete, Jr. and Holly Thomas, who both passed away a few years apart from each other. The proceeds helped to provide food, water and other supplies to give relief to families in need during that time. This came after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, which protected a woman’s right to abortion.
