Alongside Alex is Front of House team Robbie and Kate, who have been with the restaurant for 10 and three years respectively, and Chef Micħal, who has spent four years in the kitchen.Speaking to Blog Preston about the move, Alex said: “The city centre unfortunately isn’t what it used to be and we felt like we had outgrown the restaurant.
