This is the time I attempt to fall asleep.If the answer is “no” I will explain why, and see if it's something that I can change in the future.One bad habit I have is the need to have sound before I fall to sleep. It's a habit I would like to stop, and I think keeping this journal can help me ease away from it.to track my sleep duration. I’m a very light sleeper so I’m hoping recording this will allow me to learn my true sleep quality and adjust accordingly.
What interfered with sleep: I had to go to the bathroom, felt dehydrated, and couldn’t get comfortable when I went back to sleep. I felt like I was awake the whole time.
