The railway line will remain open throughout Belfast but will no longer serve Great Victoria Street Station.
Belfast's Great Victoria Street station closed its doors for the final time on Friday to make way for the opening of the new Grand Central Station later this year.
For any passengers currently using Great Victoria Street train station, Translink have advised using other nearby stations including York Street, Lanyon Place, Botanic, or City Hospital. Bus substitution services will also be operational. The following trains will be operated by bus substitution services The following services will not operate Saturday May 11 We would advise passengers with accessibility requirements to contact us at least 24 hours in advance of travel so that we can ensure the bus substitution service can best accommodate your needs.
Later in the summer, the rail line will close between Lanyon Place and Lisburn and the stations going out of service will include Botanic, City Hospital, Adelaide, Balmoral, Finaghy, Dunmurry, Derriaghy, Lambeg and Hilden.
