Valve has finally confirmed that a new edition of the hit shooter is on the way
Valve has officially confirmed that Counter-Strike 2 will drop this summer. More than 20 years since the release of the first game of the series, and a decade since Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, the hugely popular multiplayer first-person-shooter is back.
A select number of players have been given exclusive access to the game’s Limited Test, offering a taste of what the upcoming sequel has in store. The Limited Test beta opened on Tuesday , and offers Deathmatch and Unranked Competitive matchmaking on Dust2.Additionally, future beta releases of the game will offer extra game modes, maps and features.
How to play the Counter Strike 2 Limited Test beta on Steam If you’re one of the lucky players to have been invited to the Counter-Strike 2 Limited Test, you will have a notification in the CS:GO main menu. If you’ve received such an invitation, simply select “ENROLL” and begin the download.
