With their own private chefs and the best produce from across the world, it's not surprising that we can't all eat like celebrities everyday.
Not only has Collin Brown racked up awards in his decades in the kitchen but he has also cooked for stars including Beyonce, Vin Diesel and Katy Perry. Celebrity chef Collin has curated the new Turtle Bay summer menu and frequently visits branches across the country to get hands-on in the kitchen. Despite not being based in Liverpool full-time, he has personally taught the cooking staff everything they know. During his time building a name for himself in the cookery landscape, he also mixed in celebrity circles, providing dishes for businessman David Rockefeller. A spokesperson for Turtle Bay told the ECHO: "Voted Caribbean Chef of the Year three times over, internationally acclaimed Chef Collin Brown is one of the world's most enthusiastic ambassadors of authentic Caribbean cuisine, whose career has spanned Jamaica, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
