Speaking exclusively to talkSPORT, Heath revealed what a typical day in his life looks like and how he fuels his near-20st frame as he prepares for competition.Fans in awe as NBA reveals LeBron James' ridiculous four-hour pre-game routine"I'll usually have two and half cups of egg whites, two egg wholes, and around roughly 200 grams of oats," he says of his typical breakfast.
"The workouts alone are strenuous but even on rest days you still have to eat. There is no rest day of eating." However, even when gearing up for a big event, Heath would still find the time to incorporate cheat meals into his daily diet.But rather than consume enormous quantities of low quality fast-food, Heath implements a cheat meal 'hack' that also allows him to spend quality time with his wife, Shurie."A good way of having a cheat meal would be to go to a nice steak house with my wife.
A typical day for the bodybuilder starts off with 45 minutes of steady-state cardio, usually on the stepmill or incline treadmill, followed by 45 minutes inside a hyperberic chamber, which provides oxygen therapy to help heal his body faster.Once that's polished off, he'll start a brutal workout, of which there are a 'minimum of 100' before a Mr. Olympia event.
