AN ENTITLED neighbour has stuck a handwritten note on the car of a fellow resident, telling them not to park in their spot., who wishes to remain anonymous, described how they found the puzzling letter one morning pasted to their windscreen.There is no assigned parking on their street - Broomhouse Crescent, in Edinburghon Broomhouse Crescent so, as far as they're concerned, parking wherever there is a space is fair game.
