Dolly Parton's range of wine is sold exclusively at Asda
Supermarket celebrity wine ranges are growing in popularity. In recent years, Kylie, Gary Barlow and Snoop Dogg have been just some of the celebrities to stock wines on supermarket shelves. Now, Dolly Parton is the latest big name to throw her hat into the celebrity wine ring. The country music superstar has launched four bottles of Dolly Wines exclusively at Asda - a prosecco, Chardonnay, rosé and sparkling wine.
Now, given the hype around Dolly Wines on social media, I was hoping for good things. The product description reads: 'A delicate French Rosé wine with a romantically light pink hue. This rosé wine is bursting with red fruit on the nose. 'Flavours of fresh strawberry and raspberry are balanced with a crisp acidity. A dry mineral finish evokes the Mediterranean sea air of the region. 'Enjoy this enchanting Rosé Wine with your favourite pizza, chicken or grilled veggies.
